The overall experience was excellent. The Staff were extremely friendly and professional. We had a problem with our car. Someone scrapped the bumper and pushed in the headlight. The Director and Staff were there for us. The Director even came in on her day off to see us and then came back later that evening to help us to fill in the forms. Luckily it was recorded on CCTV. So Driver didn’t get away with it. All the Staff were amazing. They didn’t know us when we arrived, but, certainly did when we checked out.

Wonderful experience, I can;t think of anything to improve. The staff were nice and helpful, rooms very nice, clean and up to date.
